RATES AND FEES
I am considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. While I am not on any insurance panels, you may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement for therapy through your health insurance utilizing out-of-network benefits. Coverage for services will vary depending on your insurance provider and specific plan. To receive coverage through out-of-network benefits, you pay the therapist directly on the date of the appointment and the therapist will provide a monthly ‘superbill’ with dates of sessions and payments on a monthly basis. You will then submit the ‘superbill’ for reimbursement to your insurance company for review and they will send a check for partial or full reimbursement (dependent on your specific coverage).
I am able to provide you with all necessary documentation to submit a claim. If you are interested in exploring your out-of-network benefits, you are welcome to call your insurance company for more information. If you have questions about how to explore this option, I can walk you through important steps and questions.
The fee for sessions depends on the type of service being provided.
Initial Intake Session (60-75 minutes): $300
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $225*
Group Therapy (60 minutes, closed 6- or 8-week group): varies, contact me to inquire
*Limited sliding scale slots available
Individual Clinical Supervision (55 minutes): $175
Group Supervision: varies, contact me to inquire

Good Faith Estimate
Under a new law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance for reimbursement an estimate of the bill for services. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care is anticipated to cost. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your provider, and any other provider, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
